Please allow 10-12 weeks for a semi-custom design, depending upon availability. Starting price for a minimum quantity starts at $600. For reference, our typical couple invests on average $2,800 for a semi-custom wedding invitation suite including three cards with paper and printing upgrades and embellishments. Every couple’s wedding is different, which is why we provide individualized quotes based specifically on your needs, instead of set prices for set quantities. We realize this takes a bit longer but we feel that knowing exactly what to expect without surprises makes for a more enjoyable and less stressful wedding planning experience. After your quote request form is received, we’ll put together your estimate based on your requests. You’ll find the semi-custom quote inquiry below.
You’ll receive your estimate within 24 hours. It will have a breakdown of all costs including paper, envelopes, ink or foil colors, processes, etc. Costs will be listed for add-ons like wax seals, envelope liners, raw silk ribbon, etc. We can discuss options and adjust until it works for you. We combine a variety of printing methods in a harmonious package to fit most budgets. When you’re ready to sign the estimate agreement form you’ll submit your deposit to secure you calendar slot.
Yay… the fun part! Once we’ve got all your info and details for your wedding, we begin. You will receive up to two digital design proofs for you to proofread your suite, confirm color selections, and minor layout changes. Additional proofs will be charged at $25 each. Delivery dates are subject to change, dependent upon how quickly proofs are returned. Art and fonts do not change on semi custom designs. If you’d like something different, custom design is more for you.
Once you give us your final stamp of approval your beautiful suite goes to print. Regardless of the printing method selected, it takes a minimum of three weeks to print and produce an invitation suite. Please allow enough time. Where a rush job is possible at times, they’re often costly. This time doesn’t include assembly and mailing.
Woohoo… time to do a happy dance! We offer assembly and mailing service, should you decide you don’t have time to do it yourself. If you choose to add this, we’ll assemble, stuff, and seal all your invitation suites. If you prefer to assemble them yourself, we will send all items needed to assemble your invitation suite in one box.
